Jake Scott Scott signs 1-year tender to stay with Colts

The Indianapolis Colts expect starting guard Jake Scott to return back next season, but may not be as fortunate with starting cornerback Jason David.

Scott planned to sign his one-year tender Thursday, keeping him with the Super Bowl champions in 2007. The three-year veteran has started on the right side the past two seasons.

His agent, Ken Staninger, said other teams were interested in Scott, but the three-year veteran from Idaho wanted to stay in Indy.
